Where Thinking Aloud Becomes Thinking Allowed
Meet our founder, Caren Solomon Bharwani.
Caren is a communicator, question-asker, and meaning-maker who believes the right message doesn’t just sound good—it makes sense.
With a background in national politics, grassroots advocacy, and community-centered campaigns, she’s known for asking the questions others miss, listening for what’s unspoken, and translating complex concepts into language that resonates.
Her professional highlights include serving as Deputy Director of Advance in the White House for the Vice President of the United States, leading the communications strategy that helped stop Buckhead from seceding from Atlanta, and directing Georgia’s communications efforts for the American Bar Association’s Task Force for American Democracy in the lead-up to the 2024 election.
Caren doesn’t do buzzwords or overcomplication. Her work is about getting to the heart of what matters to your audience—and helping you express it clearly, so people can understand it, act on it, and carry it forward.
